Hi, I’m Pavlina.
I help women understand what is really going on underneath the patterns they keep repeating — and change them.
My work brings together coaching, psychology, relationship work, body awareness, intuition, and deeper energy healing.
The way you love, the way you treat yourself, the beliefs you carry, the choices you make, the way your body responds, and the things you tolerate are rarely separate issues.
Usually, they are telling the same story.
My approach is holistic.
I don’t separate emotional well-being from relationships.
I don’t separate the mind from the body.
I don’t think intimacy has nothing to do with self-worth, or that every unwanted habit can be fixed with more discipline.
And I definitely don’t believe every problem needs to be analyzed to death.
Sometimes we need to understand what happened.
Sometimes we need to change a behavior.
Sometimes we need to say the thing we’ve been avoiding.
Sometimes we need to work with the body, the subconscious, or a belief that has been quietly running in the background for years.
And sometimes you already know the answer — you just need enough support, honesty, and courage to act on it.
I work with whatever level needs attention.
I trust both training and intuition.
I’ve spent years studying psychology, counseling, coaching, relationships, health, bodywork, and complementary healing.
That education matters to me.
So does intuition.
I notice patterns quickly. I pay attention to what is being said and what isn’t. I often sense where something is stuck before we have completely put it into words.
I don’t see knowledge and intuition as opposites.
The best work often happens when they meet.
What it’s like to work with me
I’m warm. I’m curious. I can hold a lot without being shocked by it.
But I’m not going to agree with everything you say simply because you’re paying me.
If I think you’re abandoning yourself, I’ll tell you.
If I think fear is making the decision, we’ll look at it.
If you’re blaming yourself for something that isn’t yours to carry, we’ll look at that too.
And if you already know exactly what you want but have found fifteen sophisticated reasons not to do it… there’s a good chance I’ll notice.
I believe compassion and personal responsibility belong in the same room.
You can understand why you developed a pattern without letting it run your life forever.
Relationships, intimacy, and the body are part of the conversation here.
I’m comfortable talking about the things people often edit out elsewhere — including the taboo ones.
Attachment. Sex. Desire. Shame. Jealousy. Rejection. Resentment. Body image. Hormones. Pleasure. Loneliness.
Human beings are messy.
That doesn’t bother me.
In fact, that’s usually where the interesting work begins.
“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
My professional background
My work is grounded in formal education and training across psychology, counseling, coaching, community services, bodywork, and well-being.
My training includes:
MSc Psychology with Counselling — St Mary’s University, London (ongoing)
Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy
Diploma in Life Coaching
Diploma of Community Services Work, including case management, child protection, and counseling
BA in Humanities and Social Sciences
Professional massage therapy training
Additional training and study in women’s health, relationships, intimacy, well-being, and complementary approaches including Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, EFT tapping, Theta Healing, Reiki, Tantric Bodywork, and Landmark personal-development seminars
Qualifications tell you only part of the story.
I’ve also spent years working with people, living in different countries and cultures, changing direction, getting things wrong, starting again, loving, losing, learning — and discovering that personal growth becomes much less glamorous once you actually have to practice it in real life.
I value both kinds of education.
