I offer life and wellbeing coaching, personal-development guidance, relationship and intimacy coaching for adults and couples, educational training and workshops, and energy healing techniques.

My coaching services may include support with health, communication, relationship patterns, emotional awareness, personal boundaries, intimacy, sexual wellbeing, confidence, and values-aligned personal development. These services are educational and coaching-based and are intended to support reflection, personal responsibility, and positive change.

My services do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, sex therapy as a healthcare treatment, or any other regulated healthcare service. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or claim to alleviate mental disorders, sexual dysfunctions, physical illnesses, injuries, or other medical conditions..

My services are not a substitute for care from a physician, licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, physiotherapist, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Clients experiencing significant psychological distress, trauma symptoms, sexual pain or dysfunction, medical concerns, or a mental-health crisis should seek support from a suitably licensed professional.

All relationship and intimacy coaching is offered to consenting adults and is conducted through conversation, education, and agreed coaching exercises. It does not involve sexual services or sexual contact.
